Greetings:
The Scotlandville High School Alumni Association, a non-profit-charitable organization, proudly announces its 6th Annual Scotlandville High School Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet. Our event will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Jewel J. Newman Community Center, 2013 Central Rd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Again, we will honor and celebrate a class of school alums, faculty, and community supporters who have distinguished themselves in their vocations and careers and/or who have made significant contributions to our communities.
We are cordially inviting all clubs, organizations, churches, businesses, alumni, and friends to purchase an ad in our Commemorative Souvenir Book. This is an excellent opportunity to send greetings, congratulate our inductees, and/or advertise and promote your business or organization. Alumni classes are especially encouraged to participate in and support this event.
The ad types and rates are as follows (with or without pictures):
Inside Front Cover. $200.00 - Color Full Page $100.00 –black/white - $110.00 - Color
Inside Back Cover $200.00 - Color ½ Page $ 60.00 – black/white - $ 65.00 - Color
Back Cover $250.00 - Color ¼ Page $ 25.00 – black/white - $ 30.00 - Color
Business Card $15.00 (no picture/no color)
All ads/pictures must be camera-ready in Word or jpeg file format and should be clearly labeled on the back. To facilitate easier page formatting, we prefer not to receive ads in PDF format, if possible. Color pictures are acceptable. We reserve the right to not accept photos of poor quality and ads not timely received. Photos will become the property of the Hall of Fame Induction Committee.
A Souvenir Book Contract is attached for your reference and completion. Please attach your camera- ready picture and ad in the format you would like it to appear in the book. The completed contract form returned with the appropriate fee by the deadline indicated will guarantee a space for your ad in this Commemorative Souvenir Book. Also, ads may be emailed to paulambraxton@gmail.com. Please note: The deadline for submitting all ads is July 10, 2023, with no exceptions.
Please make checks and money orders payable to Scotlandville Alumni Assoc. and mail them to SHSAA, Post Office Box 73024, Baton Rouge, LA 70874 by July 31, 2023.
