The Scotlandville High School Hornets Alumni Association was organized in 1999. Articles of Incorporation were filed and recorded with the Secretary of State August 3, 1999.

- Life Memberships introduced in 2006 $500
The Scotlandville High School Hornets Alumni Association is a non-profit organization, recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501 © 3 organization. Officers are elected by the Paid Membership and serve a two-year term. The By-Laws of the organization were amended and accepted December 2, 2014 and it serves as the governing document of the organization.
